Thank you for your inquiry. SugaFix requests at least 2 weeks notice if possible. Any thing inside of 2 weeks may be assessed a rush charge based on availability. SugaFix will respond to your request with in 48 hours. Price quotes are calculated based on the flavor, number of servings and complexity of design. Quotes are valid for 24 hours. After that time a new quote will be required based on availability and cost of goods. A $50 nonrefundable retainer is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before pickup. All cake orders are processed via invoice. Once your invoice has been issued it is due within 24 hours. All unpaid invoices will be canceled.
