General Party Information

Please see our general guidelines for SugaFix parties and events.

Party deposits are taken at the time of booking. Deposits are fully refundable 30 days prior to your party date. We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel your party, we will work with you to book another date and time or provide you with a store credit.

Set up and cleanup is included with all events.

Children must be at least 5 years old to participate or have a Parent Design Assistant present during events.

Minimum of (8) participants for Birthday Parties and Decorating Parties required.
 

Decorating Parties

Party Cost: $40.00 Per Child

Up to 15 Participants for 2 hours.

• Theme of your choice.

• Decorating Parties include 1.5 hours of guided decorating instruction.

• Access to decorating tools, molds, stencils, etc.

• Bakery box for easy treat transport.

• Use of all materials and tools during class.  

• A decorating activity: we will make cake or cupcakes in your chosen theme.

• You can upgrade your cake package to include 4 cupcakes for $2 additional per child.

Birthday Package

Package Cost: $45.00 Per Child

• Birthday Parties include 60 minutes of guided decorating instruction and 60 minutes of private studio time to eat, sing Happy Birthday and open gifts.

• Pizza and party-size freak shakes or floaties.

• Sprinkle Me Sprinkle Wall.

• Access to decorating tools, molds, stencils, etc.

• Bakery box for easy treat transport.

• Use of all materials and tools during class.  

• A decorating activity: we will make cake or cupcakes in your chosen theme.

• You can upgrade your cake package to include 4 cupcakes for $2 additional per child.

Nailed It Package

Package Cost: $40.00 Per Participant

 

 Nailed It SugaFix Style! 

Join us at SugaFix in our very own Nailed IT! This television series inspired competition is SO FUN! We start off the competition with a decorating lesson from a SugaFix Dessert Artist. Participants will compete by decorating their own cake or cupcakes!

In the final hour, participants will be inspired to use their creativity and will compete for best display! Winners will receive a prize!

We take pride in being a part of your special day. Your wedding cake should reflect your personal style. Our goal is to provide a show stopping design that tastes even better than it looks.

Wedding Consultation
Couples are encouraged to schedule an in-person consultation with our Cake Artist. Here you can explain the overall aesthetic of your wedding. Feel free to bring any pictures or design inspiration. SugaFix does not recreate or “copy” any design. These design inspirations do give our team the idea of your personal style.

Cake Tasting
In person or pickup cake tastings are available for $55. Choose from 6 SugaFix flavors. You will receive a cake tasting box that can easily feed 2-3 people so that you can decide.
